How to use it
- Choose the PDF.
- Select 2 or 4 pages per sheet.
- Download the new sheets.
N-up is the layout people use for notes and draft prints. Two-up places pages side by side on a landscape sheet. Four-up uses a grid. Each original page is scaled to fit its cell with a small margin.
The reading order follows the original file: left to right, then the next row. If the last sheet is not full, the remaining cells stay empty. This does not shrink the file the way compression does; it changes the layout.
Questions
Can I do 6 or 8 pages per sheet?
This version offers 2 and 4, which cover the usual handout sizes.
Will text stay selectable?
Yes. N-up places the original pages onto a new sheet instead of redrawing them as photos.
