How to use it
- Open one PDF. Thumbnails appear on this device.
- Move pages up or down, or delete a page.
- Save the organized PDF.
A merged scan rarely arrives in the order you want. Organize shows a thumbnail and the page number, then lets you move that page earlier or later. Deleting a thumbnail leaves it out of the download. The original file is not changed.
This view is meant for files up to 60 pages so the thumbnails stay comfortable on a phone. For a longer PDF, split it first. Reordering keeps the real pages, including text, because it does not redraw them.
Questions
Can I drag pages?
Use the up and down buttons. They work with a keyboard and with a thumb, which is more reliable than dragging on a phone.
What if I delete every page?
The save stops. Keep at least one page.
