How to use it
- Open the PDF.
- Choose where the number sits and which number the first page should use.
- Add an optional header or footer, then download.
Printed packs are easier to discuss when everyone can say “page 4”. You can start at 1 or at another number when the PDF is only part of a larger document. The number can sit at the bottom or the top, centered or in a corner.
Header and footer text are optional and use the same built-in font. They are labels, not a full design system. If the PDF already has numbers, the new ones are added on top, so check the corners before you print.
Questions
Can the second page start at 1?
Set the start number so the first page of this file shows the number you want. This version numbers every page.
Do headers replace existing ones?
No. New text is drawn on the page. It does not erase a header that is already part of the design.
